Payment

Payment will be taken from your credit / Debit card as agreed at the time of purchase. If payments are defaulted for any reason we will write to notify you, however we will remove you from our circulation list until such time further payments are received.

Payments are handled on a secure site operated by World Pay, which is one of the largest on-line payment providers in the world.

Refunds policy

When you initially subscribe you have a cooling off period of 7 days in which you can withdraw from this contract. Should you wish to cancel your subscription please notify us immediately in order that we can stop payments.

If the goods are found to be faulty in terms of CDs not running etc, we will replace them immediately. If you have purchased a CD and have changed your mind, we will give a full refund providing the package is returned unopened within 10 working days.

Should you wish to cancel an annual subscription we will reimburse you for the amount remaining on a pro-rata basis, i.e. if you cancel after 6 months we will reimburse you for half of your subscription. Please write to us giving 10 days clear notice for the month you wish to cancel from. 96 Limited will comply fully with the current Office of Fair Trading acts.
